Classically trained primarily by his Southern mother, Nate became comfortable in the kitchen at an early age. During his teen years, he studied French language and culture and was cooking entire French meals for family and friends.  His signature dish by age 17 became Riz a l’impératrice, a classic French dessert that dates back to the 1850’s made of rice, glacéed fruit, fresh whipped cream, and a touch of kirsch.  Quite the dish for the small town in Ohio where Nate was preparing such a delicate dish, originally designed for a French empress!

After college, Nate traveled the world and lived in cities where he continued to hone his culinary and entertaining skills.  He frequently entertains at home, calling on the skills learned from his mother who often hosted parties as an Air Force officer’s wife utilizing her background as a true Southern hostess. 

Nate now creates themed parties in the Palm Springs, CA area which join food and music with signature cocktails to create joyous celebrations with family and friends.  He combines his culinary and entertaining skills together with his love of music to create the perfect atmosphere for his clients' memorable intimate events.
